Paolah Chaparro is an Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) and Upward Bound Project (UBP) alumni from Montclair State University, where she received her Master's of Arts degree in Educational Leadership Higher Education. Paolah Chaparro completed an internship at Cornell University’s Residential and New Student Program department, where she was able to supervise a staff of 14 undergraduate students and manage her own building. She has extensive experience in tutoring and mentoring high school and college age students. Currently, Paolah works at Pace University's TRIO Upward Bound Program as the Assistant Director. Paolah plans to pursue her passion to assist students in their development. She hopes to make a difference in students’ lives and pay it forward.
